Our role — broker, not lender
RHG Solutions LLC is a business funding broker. We help US businesses explore funding options by connecting them with third-party lenders and funding partners. We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions and do not fund loans directly.
No guarantee of funding
Nothing on our site or communicated by our representatives or automated systems is a promise or guarantee of approval, funding, specific amounts, rates, or terms. All funding decisions, amounts, rates, and terms are determined solely by third-party lenders based on their own criteria. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee funding.
No professional advice
Information we provide is general and for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult your own advisors before making financial decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for evaluating any offer and its terms before accepting it.
- You represent that you are an authorized decision-maker for the business you inquire on behalf of, and that you are 18 or older.
Third-party lenders and services
When you request funding, we may share your information with lending partners as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the products, decisions, terms, or conduct of any third-party lender.
Communications consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by RHG at that number regarding your inquiry. If you request and provide a mobile number for a text confirmation, you consent to a one-time transactional SMS; reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHG Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on information provided. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
